Job Description
As a Bilingual Applicant Services Representative, you will:
- Support individuals during their background screening journey by communicating with applicants via phone and email
- Gather necessary information and assist with documentation
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced call center environment
This is an on-site position located in Warminster, PA. The working hours are M-F 8am-4pm. The position offers a pay rate of $17.70/hour.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound contact through calls and emails to research the background screening process
- Support applicants with the screening process, completing assigned daily tasks
- Compose professional, clear emails efficiently
- Review and evaluate documentation required for background checks
- Communicate with applicants about their background checks and conduct additional research as needed
- Maintain detailed notes in the system regarding correspondence with applicants
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail 🔍
- Fluent in Spanish (bilingual proficiency) 🌎
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced inbound/outbound call center environment 📞
- High-volume production capability
- Effective multitasking skills
- Proficiency in operating and navigating computers and internal software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills 🗣️✉️
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Education
A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
