Job Description
As a Bilingual Applicant Services Representative, you will support individuals through the background screening process by communicating via phone and email, gathering information, and assisting with documentation—all within a dynamic call center environment.
This is an on-site role based in Warminster, PA. The shift is Monday through Friday, 8AM to 4PM, and the position offers an hourly rate of $17.70.
Responsibilities
- Assist in researching the background screening process through outbound calls and emails to obtain necessary information 📞✉️
- Support applicants during the screening process while managing other assigned tasks in a call center setting
- Write professional, clear emails efficiently
- Review and evaluate documentation required for background checks
- Communicate with applicants regarding their background checks and conduct further research as needed
- Maintain detailed notes in the system regarding all correspondence
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail 🔍
- Fluent in Spanish (bilingual proficiency)
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced inbound/outbound call center environment
- Ability to achieve and sustain high-volume productivity
- Multitasking skills
- Proficiency in operating computers and internal software systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Education
The ideal candidate will have at minimum a high school diploma or equivalent.
