What You’ll Be Doing ✨
- Providing face-to-face support to Clipper customers at the station
- Issuing Clipper cards and adding transit value using a custom Point-of-Sale system
- Responding to questions about physical and mobile Clipper cards for transit payments
- Handling cash, commuter checks, and credit/debit card payments during your shift
What You Bring to the Role 🎯
- Bilingual in English and Cantonese
- Reside in San Francisco, CA, and willing to work onsite at Embarcadero BART Station
- Basic knowledge of Excel and computers
- Cash handling experience
- Ability to handle and deescalate customer service situations
What You Can Expect 🌟
- Part-time hours: 20-25 hours per week, 5 hours per shift
- Work Monday to Saturday (Saturdays are required), between 7am – 7pm, with Saturday shifts from 9am-2pm
