Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Cantonese-English - Part Time

🌟 What You'll Be Doing

During a Typical Day, You'll:

  • Assist Clipper customers face-to-face: support and guide them in using their Clipper cards.
  • Issue Clipper cards: add transit value using a custom Point-of-Sale system.
  • Answer questions: help customers understand how to use physical and mobile Clipper cards for transit around the Bay Area.
  • Handle transactions: manage cash, commuter checks, and credit/debit card payments during your shift.

🎯 What You Bring to the Role

  • Bilingual in English and Cantonese
  • Reside in San Francisco, CA: willing to work onsite at the ticket booth in Embarcadero BART Station.
  • Basic computer skills: familiarity with Excel and general computer knowledge.
  • Cash handling experience
  • Customer service skills: ability to deescalate and resolve customer issues effectively.
