📝 What You’ll Be Doing

🎯 During a Typical Day, You’ll

  • Work directly with Clipper customers in face-to-face interactions, providing support and assisting with Clipper card transactions.
  • Issue Clipper cards and add transit value using a custom Point-of-Sale system.
  • Respond to questions about using physical and mobile Clipper cards for transit across the Bay Area.
  • Account for cash, commuter checks, and credit/debit card payments received during your shift.

🧳 What You Bring to the Role

  • Bilingual in English and Cantonese
  • Reside in San Francisco, CA, and willing to work onsite at the Embarcadero BART station
  • Basic Excel and computer knowledge
  • Experience with cash handling
  • Ability to handle and deescalate customer service situations

⏰ What You Can Expect

  • Part-time schedule: 20-25 hours per week, with 5-hour shifts
  • Working hours Monday through Saturday (Saturdays are required), from 7am to 7pm; Saturday shifts are 9am-2pm
