TEKsystems Is Hiring A Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Join Our Team as a Remote Bilingual French Customer Service Agent! 🇫🇷🤝

We're seeking a dedicated, bilingual French-speaking Customer Service Agent to support our third-party financial services client remotely. This role involves assisting customers with insurance-related issues for auto leases and loans, ensuring all requirements are met with professionalism and care.

Role Overview

Customer Service Representatives will contact customers regarding their auto insurance situations, such as cancellations, missed payments, or missing documentation. The primary goal is to resolve issues and ensure compliance, without any sales or collections involved.

Daily Responsibilities

  • 🔢 Make approximately 14 calls per hour, spending the entire day on the phones
  • 📝 Verify insurance details with agents (e.g., check if deductions are accurate)
  • 💾 Upload and update information on the company's internal website
  • 📞 Leave scripted messages if insurance agents do not answer, following client-approved scripts

Work Schedule & Training

Shift Options

  • French - 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday
  • French - 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM, Tuesday to Saturday

Training Program

The first three weeks involve classroom training, shadowing, and supervised call handling. An assessment will be conducted at the end of week three, requiring an 80% pass rate to switch to the regular shift. Failure to pass the assessment grants one additional week for re-evaluation; otherwise, the employment may be terminated.

The hourly pay rate is $16.00. Eligibility for benefits depends on job classification and employment duration, and may include:
