We're seeking a dedicated Remote Bilingual French Customer Service Agent for our Financial Services client to provide essential support in resolving insurance-related issues. If you're fluent in French and passionate about helping customers, this opportunity is for you!
Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll contact auto lease and loan customers to address insurance inefficiencies such as cancellations, missed payments, or missing documents. You'll communicate on behalf of clients like Capital One, GM, BMW, Audi, Credit Unions, and more to gather information and facilitate problem resolution. All calls are purely informational—no sales or collections involved.
Daily Responsibilities
- Make approximately 14 calls per hour, dedicating your day entirely to phone interactions 📞
- Verify insurance details with agents (e.g., check for excessive deductions)
- Upload relevant information to the company's internal website
- Leave scripted messages when insurance agents don't answer (using approved templates)
Shift Schedules
- French – 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday
- French – 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM, Tuesday through Saturday
Training Program
The first three weeks involve comprehensive training from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, including classroom instruction, shadowing, and call handling with supervision. At the end of week 3, you'll complete an assessment requiring an 80% pass rate to transition to the regular shift. Failing this, you'll have a one-week window to retake and pass the assessment or the contract may be terminated.
Position Details
This role is a Contract-to-Hire position based out of Eden Prairie, MN.
