Key Responsibilities 📋

• Greet customers promptly and cheerfully as they enter the office.
• Process customer policy change requests efficiently.
• Collect premium payments from clients.
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction, respond to inquiries, and offer additional insurance options.
• Build strong relationships to promote client retention and loyalty.
• Present and explain insurance policy options tailored to client needs and goals.
• Inform customers about new products and services.

Requirements ✅

• Bilingual proficiency with excellent communication skills (oral and written)
• Ability to obtain a personal lines P&C license within 90 days
