Primary Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships: Establish and follow up with clients as needed.
• Deliver exceptional service: Respond promptly to inquiries regarding insurance options, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing.
• Educate customers: Use a needs-based approach to inform clients about suitable insurance solutions.
