We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic individual to join our team as a Retail Bilingual Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients in the retail industry, ensuring their marketing and promotional needs are met with excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bilingual Customer Service Representative:
  • Cultivate and maintain positive, long-lasting relationships with our retail clients
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely and effective communication
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of each customersunique needs and goals
  • Retail Marketing and Promotions Expertise:
  • Execute retail marketing and promotions in big box retailers for assigned clientele
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and strategies in retail marketing and promotions
  • Provide expert guidance to customers on developing effective marketing and promotional campaigns tailored to their specific needs
  • Solution Development:
  • Collaborate with our internal teams to develop tailored marketing and promotional solutions that meet client objectives
  • Present innovative ideas and strategies to clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of their business
  • Campaign Management:
  • Oversee the execution of retail marketing and promotional campaigns, ensuring success and building relationships with key personnel at retail locations
  • Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvements
  • Reporting and Analysis:
  • Provide customers with regular reports and insights on the performance of their marketing and promotional activities

Bilingual Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience in customer servicein the retail marketing and promotions industry is a plus
  • Strong understanding of retail marketing strategies, promotions, and consumer behavior
