Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional sales service to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Assist customers in person and over the phone, identifying needs and recommending products
- Build trusting relationships with both wholesale and retail clients
- Process sales transactions accurately following company policies
- Meet or exceed sales goals (monthly, quarterly, annually)
- Maintain organized work order files and product formulas
- Retrieve, mix, and customize products per customer specifications
- Restock shelves and create attractive product displays
- Keep store equipment clean and well-maintained
- Assist with delivery duties as needed
- Ensure areas are stocked, organized, and presentable
- Stay informed about new product offerings and options
- Follow inventory control procedures
- Suggest ideas for sales improvements
Minimum Requirements ✅
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Legal authorization to work without sponsorship
- Valid, unrestricted Driver's License
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently, 70 lbs. occasionally
- Willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications ⭐
- High School diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service roles
- Experience selling paint and related products
- Knowledge of tinting and mixing equipment
- Bilingual proficiency, including reading, writing, and communication skills
- Fluency in Russian is highly preferred
