Responsibilities

• Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service – ⭐
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by assessing their needs – 📞🤝
• Build dependable relationships with wholesale and retail clients – 💼
• Accurately process sales transactions in compliance with company policies – 🧾
• Meet and aim to exceed sales goals on a regular basis – 📊
• Maintain detailed work order files and product formulas – 📁
• Gather products from the sales floor or warehouse as needed – 🚚
• Tint and mix products according to customer specifications – 🎨
• Stock shelves and set up attractive displays – 🏪
• Keep store equipment clean and well-maintained – 🧹
• Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks – 🚛
• Maintain a presentable, well-stocked store environment – 🏪
• Stay knowledgeable about our product offerings – 📚
• Follow inventory control procedures meticulously – 🔍
• Suggest improvements to drive sales growth – 💡

Minimum Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old – 🎂
• Legally authorized to work without sponsorship – 📝
• Fluent in both English and Spanish – 🗣️🗨️
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license – 🚗
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally – 💪
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends – ⏰

Preferred Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED – 🎓
• At least 1 year of experience in retail or customer service – 🛍️🤝
• Experience selling paint and related products – 🎨
• Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment – ⚙️
