Job Opportunity: Customer Service Representative (Contract to Hire)

Our client located in the South Side of Pittsburgh, PA, is hiring for a Customer Service Representative position. This exciting opportunity offers training, potential for permanent employment, and the chance to work in a dynamic environment with bilingual capabilities.

Location & Training Details

• Ohio Class: Canfield, OH on Tuesday, 5/19/26
• Pittsburgh Class: Pittsburgh, PA on Wednesday, 5/20/26
• Onsite Requirement: Must be onsite for equipment pickup and training on the first day
• Parking & Accessibility: Free parking available in Pittsburgh; bus accessible location
• Meet-up Spot in Ohio: Hotel in Canfield, OH
• Transition to Remote: After Day 1, the role becomes remote
• Residency Requirement: Must live in Pennsylvania or Ohio

Training Schedule

Training runs from 8:15 AM to 4:45 PM, Monday to Friday, ideally for the first 24-30 business days. The permanent schedule will be between 9:00 AM and 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday.

Compensation

• English-speaking Day Shift: $16/hour
• Bilingual (including Spanish) Day Shift: $18/hour

Job Responsibilities

This position involves:

• Direct communication with customers
• Handling customer inquiries and questions
• Taking inbound calls
• Making outbound calls
• Processing applications over the phone for the company's programs

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to navigate computer systems efficiently
• Fluency in multiple languages, including Spanish, is a plus
