Key Responsibilities

  • Handle Inquiries: Manage inbound and outbound customer queries in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide Information: Offer accurate details regarding products, services, and company policies.
  • Resolve Issues: Address and resolve customer complaints with empathy and professionalism.
  • Maintain Records: Document interactions carefully and update customer data in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases efficiently.
  • Meet Performance Metrics: Achieve targets related to response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Assist with Translations: Support translating customer communications and support materials when necessary.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum of 12 years in customer service roles within call centers, retail, or corporate support environments.

  • Languages: Native or near-native fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese; excellent spoken and written English skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in fast-paced settings.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office and CRM tools such as Salesforce and Zendesk.
