We are seeking a dedicated Bilingual Customer Service Representative fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. The role involves engaging with clients through various channels to provide timely, accurate, and empathetic support that fosters positive relationships and resolves issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly with empathy and professionalism.
  • Document interactions and maintain precise records using CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases.
  • Meet performance metrics including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Assist with translations of customer communications and support materials when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, data privacy, and ethical standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 12 years of customer service experience in call centers, retail, or corporate support environments.

Skills & Competencies

  • Native or near-native fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese.
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools like Salesforce and Zendesk.
  • Cultural sensitivity and adaptability when interacting with diverse clients.
