- Handle customer inquiries: Respond to inbound and outbound questions via phone, email, and chat in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.

🎓 Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: At least 12 years in customer service, whether in call centers, retail, or corporate support environments.

- Language fluency: Native or near-native proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese, with strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Interpersonal skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and effective communication.

- Technical proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office suite and CRM tools such as Salesforce and Zendesk.
