🎓 Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: At least 12 years in customer service, whether in call centers, retail, or corporate support environments.

  • Language fluency: Native or near-native proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese, with strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Interpersonal skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and effective communication.

  • Technical proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office suite and CRM tools such as Salesforce and Zendesk.
