About the Role

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be the vital link between our company and our diverse customer base, providing support through phone, email, and chat channels. Your ability to communicate across languages and resolve issues efficiently will help enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese 🗣️📝
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly with empathy and professionalism
  • Document all customer interactions and maintain precise records within CRM systems 🗄️
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases 🤝
  • Meet performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores
  • Assist in translating customer communications and support materials when necessary 🌍
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, data privacy laws, and ethical standards 🔐

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related fields (preferred)
  • At least 12 years of customer service experience in call centers, retail, or corporate support roles

Skills & Competencies

  • Native or near-native fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) 📝
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment ⏱️
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools such as Salesforce and Zendesk
  • Cultural sensitivity and the ability to adapt to a diverse client base 🌏
