Your Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries, striving to provide innovative and effective solutions. Your key duties include:

  • Handle and respond thoughtfully to all customer inquiries
  • Deliver excellent customer service through active listening
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information
  • Aim to resolve customer issues on the first call proactively
  • Effectively communicate with customers
  • Calmly de-escalate any issues
  • Escalate interactions when needed
  • Track call-related data for reporting and auditing
  • Provide feedback regarding call issues
  • Upsell when appropriate

Who We're Looking For

We seek fearless and motivated individuals committed to excellence:

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
  • Ability to work remotely within a virtual team environment
  • Preferred: 6 months of customer service experience
  • Must be over 18 years of age
  • Typing speed of at least 25 WPM
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Comfort with desktop computer systems
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Logical problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency with Windows operating systems
  • Organizational and prioritization skills

Work From Home Requirements

To ensure a productive remote work environment, candidates must have:

  • Internet speed: Minimum 15.0 Mbps download and 5.0 Mbps upload
  • ISP with no packet loss and ping under 50ms
  • No satellite, mobile data hotspots, P2P, or VPN connections
  • Proof of internet speed test
  • A clean, quiet workspace
