PMA Companies Is Hiring A Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Join our Customer Service Center Call Team to deliver exceptional service and ensure efficient handling of customer inquiries, contributing to meeting service level goals and maintaining high standards of professionalism. 📞✨

Position Overview

As a key member of the Customer Service Center (CSC) Call Team, you will be responsible for processing work assignments promptly and accurately, adhering strictly to established procedures, and supporting the overall success of the CSC operations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and timely resolutions to claims customer service inquiries.
  • Inform clients by phone about the status of their claims inquiries.
  • Coordinate follow-ups with relevant claims adjusters to ensure issues are resolved efficiently.
  • Support and assist other areas of the CSC as needed to ensure seamless operations.
  • Uphold the company's values by demonstrating commitment to the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, and applying knowledge of compliance policies, standards, and laws in your work.

Qualifications

  • Previous inbound telephonic customer service experience in a call center environment 📞.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills 🗂️.
  • Ability to problem-solve and work independently 🧩.
  • Strong attention to detail 🔍.
  • Insurance experience, familiarity with medical terminology, and working knowledge of PMA Claims Systems are a plus.

Additional Details

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 11:45am – 8:00pm EST 🕒.
  • Language Requirement: Bilingual in Spanish is required 🌐.
  • Location: Must be local to Allentown, PA 🏢.
