PMA Companies Is Hiring A Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Join our team as a Customer Service Representative at the Customer Service Center (CSC), where you'll play a vital role in ensuring efficient processing and exceptional service to our clients. 🚀
Position Overview
As a member of the CSC Call Center Team, you will handle work assignments with precision, contributing to the achievement of our service level goals while strictly following established procedures. Your efforts will support a seamless customer experience and uphold our standards of excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions: Address claims customer service inquiries effectively.
- Communicate with clients: Advise clients via telephone about the status of their claims inquiries.
- Coordinate follow-ups: Work with claims adjusters to ensure clients receive updates and support.
- Support team functions: Offer backup assistance to other areas within CSC as needed.
- Maintain compliance: Demonstrate commitment to the Company’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, applying knowledge of relevant policies, standards, and laws in your work.
Requirements
- Experience: Previous inbound telephonic customer service experience in a call center environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to problem-solve and work independently.
- Attention to detail: Strong focus on accuracy in all tasks.
- Preferred Knowledge: Insurance knowledge, familiarity with medical terminology, and working knowledge of PMA Claims Systems are a plus.
- Schedule & Location: M-F, 11:45am - 8:00pm EST. Must be bilingual (Spanish) and local to Allentown, PA.
