Key Responsibilities 📝

• Respond to emergencies faced by Japanese nationals overseas—including accidents, illnesses, natural disasters, and terrorism, providing timely assistance.
• Coordinate services with local medical institutions and company offices worldwide to ensure optimal support.
• Assist foreigners visiting Japan by offering the same high-quality services and support.
• Handle outpatient cases by making initial and re-consultation arrangements, as well as leading conversations.
• Arrange hospitalization and transportation, proactively resolving potential issues and ensuring smooth processes.
• Manage cases involving death or urgent needs, maintaining close communication with clients to gather necessary information.
• Coordinate services for foreign visitors by confirming project details and necessary precautions.
• Review reimbursement claims for accuracy, obtaining authorization for rejections, and communicating decisions with insured clients.
• Address security concerns including emergency evacuations, safety measures, and providing relevant information.

Work Schedule & Location ⏰

This position offers some flexibility but generally runs Monday through Friday, with 8 hours per day during standard business hours (~7:00 am - 7:00 pm). Occasional overtime may be required based on business needs.

The role is fully remote, but candidates must reside in one of the following states:

Compensation & Additional Details 💲

The hourly pay ranges from $22 to $24. Occasional overtime may be required based on business needs.
