Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Sacramento, CA, offering the flexibility to work remotely on occasion. As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will provide vital support in Russian, Ukrainian, or Vietnamese. Your daily responsibilities include:

• Assisting customers with inquiries and concerns 💬

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Customer Service, Support, and Satisfaction
• Strong skills in Customer Experience and fostering positive client relationships
• Fluency in Russian, Ukrainian, or Vietnamese, paired with excellent English communication skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid setting with a customer-first mindset
• Knowledge of healthcare or managed care is a plus 🏥
• Proficiency with computer systems, CRM tools, and related software 💻
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in relevant fields are advantageous 🎓
