Role

Customer Service Representative (Bilingual)

This is a full-time hybrid position based in Sacramento, CA, with the flexibility to work remotely on occasion. As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will provide support in Russian, Ukrainian, or Vietnamese.

Your daily responsibilities include:

• Assisting customers with inquiries 💬

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Customer Service, Support, and Satisfaction
• Strong skills in Customer Experience and building positive client relationships
• Fluent in Russian, Ukrainian, or Vietnamese, with excellent English communication skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid setting with a customer-first mindset
• Healthcare or managed care knowledge is a plus
• Proficiency in computer systems, CRM tools, and related software
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in relevant fields are advantageous 🎓
