  • Compensation: $40,000 - $45,000 per year
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Are you passionate about helping customers and solving problems? Our client, a prominent food manufacturing company, is looking for a dedicated Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their expanding team! 🤝

What You'll Do:

  • Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat.
  • Process orders, track shipments, and resolve issues related to products or deliveries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, production, logistics) to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and provide outstanding service in both English and Spanish.
  • Assist in resolving product concerns, offering accurate information to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) 📣
