• Location: Fully onsite in Crystal Lake, IL
• Shifts Available: Morning and afternoon shifts
• Afternoon Shift: 12:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M.
• Saturday Hours: 7:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M.
• Compensation: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour + Bonuses and Commissions

Role Responsibilities 📋

• Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Manage communication via phone and email effectively
• Process orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintain detailed and organized records
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery

• Proven experience in Customer Service and Customer Support
• Ability to enhance and manage customer experience, ensuring satisfaction
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with relevant computer systems and CRM tools
• Previous customer service experience is a plus
