Position Overview

We are seeking bilingual Intake Specialists fluent in Finnish and Swedish to support a backlog project within the Outside U.S. (O.U.S.) Complaint Intake team. This vital role serves as the first point of contact for customers reporting product issues, ensuring precise data collection and smooth case management through established protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Triage incoming complaints via phone ☎️, email 📧, and OneTrack platform.
• Perform initial assessments to identify missing information and follow up with customers to complete data requirements.
• Assign appropriate complaint codes based on the initial review.
• Coordinate logistics for complaint samples and facilitate communication with internal stakeholders.
• Manage customer resolution activities such as issuing replacements, credits, or warranty claims.
• Support translation needs for complaint documentation to ensure clarity and accuracy.
• Initiate reply letter requests for customer communication following investigations.

Qualifications

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience, ideally in a healthcare call center or similar environment
• Fluent in both Finnish and Swedish (speaking and comprehension)
• Excellent customer service, communication, and attention to detail
• Proficient in computer systems and data entry
• Strong time management, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently

Preferred

• Experience with pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare products
• Familiarity with complaint handling and quality assurance processes

Compensation & Benefits 💼💰

Pay Range: $18/hr to $22/hr
