Position Overview: Bilingual Applicant Services Representative 🇪🇸
As a Bilingual Applicant Services Representative, you will support individuals navigating the background screening process by communicating with applicants via phone and email, gathering information, and assisting with documentation in a fast-paced call center environment.
Location & Schedule
- Location: On-site in Warminster, PA
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm
- Compensation: $17.70 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in researching the background screening process through outbound calls and emails to obtain necessary information 📞✉️
- Support applicants during the background screening process within a call center setting while managing other assigned tasks
- Compose professional, clear emails efficiently
- Review and evaluate documentation and information required for background checks
- Communicate with applicants via email and phone regarding their background checks and conduct additional research as needed
- Maintain detailed notes in the system regarding applicant interactions
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Fluency in Spanish (bilingual required)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced inbound/outbound call center environment
- Capability to achieve and maintain high-volume productivity
- Multitasking skills
- Proficiency in operating and navigating computers and internal software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
