Job Summary

As a Bilingual Applicant Services Representative, you will support individuals through the background screening process by communicating with applicants via phone and email, gathering necessary information, and assisting with documentation — all within a fast-paced call center environment.

This position is on-site in Warminster, PA. We are hiring for the M-F 8am-4pm shift, with a pay rate of $17.70/hour.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in researching the background screening process through outbound contact (calls and emails) to obtain required information
  • Support applicants by communicating effectively within a call center setting while managing daily tasks
  • Compose professional emails swiftly and accurately
  • Review and evaluate documentation necessary for background screening
  • Communicate with applicants regarding their background checks and conduct additional research as needed
  • Maintain detailed records of correspondence and progress within the system

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail 🔍
  • Fluent in Spanish (bilingual required)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced inbound/outbound call center environment
  • Capability to achieve and maintain high productivity levels
  • Excellent multitasking skills
  • Proficient in operating computers and internal software systems
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Educational Requirements

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent necessary.
