Position Overview: Bilingual Applicant Services Representative 🌍

As a Bilingual Applicant Services Representative, you’ll support individuals going through the background screening process by:

  • Communicating with applicants via phone and email
  • Gathering information and assisting with documentation
  • Supporting applicants in a fast-paced call center environment

This is an on-site position located in Warminster, PA, with a schedule of M-F 8am-4pm. The position pays $17.70 an hour.

Responsibilities 🎯

  • Assist in researching the background screening process through outbound contact (calls and emails) to obtain information
  • Support applicants during the screening process, managing other daily tasks as assigned
  • Compose professional emails efficiently and promptly
  • Review and evaluate documentation needed for background checks
  • Communicate with applicants regarding their background checks and conduct further research if required
  • Maintain detailed notes and documentation in the system regarding applicant interactions

Qualifications ✅

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Must be bilingual in Spanish
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced inbound/outbound call center environment
  • Ability to achieve and maintain high volume productivity
  • Excellent multitasking skills
  • Proficient in computer operation and internal software navigation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
