Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Duration: 12 Months Contract

Location: Baltimore, MD 21202

Work Arrangement: Hybrid work - 3 days onsite per week

Overview

A Junior Bilingual Customer Service Representative assists customers in both English and another language, providing support and resolving issues through channels such as phone, email, chat, or in person.

Responsibilities

  • 📞 Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
  • 📝 Provide information about products, services, and policies in both languages.
  • 🛒 Help customers with placing orders, processing returns, and tracking shipments.
  • ⚠️ Escalate complex issues to senior representatives or supervisors when necessary.
  • 📊 Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • 🤝 Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and meet performance goals.
  • 🔄 Stay updated on product knowledge, policies, and procedures.
  • 🗂️ Assist with additional duties such as data entry or administrative tasks as assigned.

Required Skills

  • 🌐 Fluency in both English and the other required language, written and verbal.
  • 🗣️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
