Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to all incoming customer inquiries via phone or email regarding products or services.
• Attract prospective customers by answering product questions and suggesting additional information or products based on their needs.
• Resolve customer complaints through independent analysis: identify the cause, provide solutions, expedite corrections, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain strong communication to ensure customers feel supported and valued by providing clear, concise, and professional interactions via phone and email.
• Stay informed by learning and continuously updating knowledge of our products, services, and policies to assist customers effectively.
• Assist in managing customer records by updating relevant information accurately.
