Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Location: Onsite in Newark, NJ

Hourly Rate: $16.50/hr., with a higher rate of $17.50/hr. for bilingual Spanish speakers (please consider potential below-minimum wages when applying).

Requirements ✅

  • Must be at least 18 years old or older
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Availability to work Monday-Friday from 10:15 am to 7:15 pm & Saturday from 7:45 am to 2:15 pm

Job Summary 📞

As a call center representative, you'll be the first point of contact supporting our clients' customers. Your responsibilities include answering calls, sharing product information, and assisting customers with empathy and efficiency, ensuring their issues are resolved promptly. A willingness to listen, learn, and help is essential.

Key Responsibilities 📝

  • Respond to tolling and administrative customer inquiries using training knowledge and available resources
  • Identify customer needs to provide accurate and complete information
  • Process transactions via mainframe or web-based applications
  • Research and submit inquiries concisely and accurately
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company and client programs, policies, and technology
  • Communicate in a warm, empathetic manner
  • Follow confidentiality laws and guidelines to protect customer information
  • Support other team members during high workload periods or absences
