As a Bilingual Account Representative (English/Spanish), you will be the frontline hero for our customers, delivering outstanding support and resolving complex inquiries. Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills, including experience as a Customer Service Representative or in Customer Support.
• Ability to ensure high customer satisfaction and deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Excellent bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish or French.
• Strong problem-solving skills and patience.
• Ability to work on-site in the Washington DC-Baltimore area.
