Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain customer relationships: Follow up proactively with clients as needed.
  • Deliver prompt and friendly service: Respond to inquiries about insurance options, coverage, policy changes, claims, and billing.
  • Educate customers: Use a needs-based review process to inform clients about suitable insurance products.

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
