About The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Customer Service Representative to join our vibrant team. This role requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate flexibility, and possess a strong aptitude for learning, understanding, and effectively conveying information. The right candidate will treat every customer with kindness, maintaining a positive attitude during every call. Excellent communication skills and a genuine enjoyment of helping others are essential. 😊

Responsibilities

  • 📞 Answer incoming calls and respond to customer requests
  • 🕒 Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • 📝 Book appointments with high data accuracy
  • 💬 Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills consistently
  • ⚠️ Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
  • 🔄 Adapt to rapidly changing guidelines and customer needs
  • 💡 Explain procedures, answer questions, and provide relevant information to clients
  • ✅ Uphold quality standards by adhering to company guidelines and standards

Requirements

  • 🎓 High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • 🛎️ Preferably, at least one year of experience in an inbound/outbound call center or retail environment
  • 🗣️ Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • 🔧 Ability to multitask: speak on the phone, use the computer, and type simultaneously
  • ⌨️ Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute preferred
  • 🌟 Experience in delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining quality standards
  • ✅ Able to pass a background check
  • 📝 Fluent in both Spanish and English (speaking, reading, and writing)
