Job Overview
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility will be to handle calls from customers in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner. Your tasks will include updating customer information in our systems and ensuring our dispatch team and Field Service Technicians have all the necessary details to deliver top-notch service. 📞✨
Key Responsibilities
- 🔹 Respond to inbound calls and emails regarding client inquiries, issues, and concerns with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- 🔹 Investigate issues thoroughly and determine appropriate resolution actions.
- 🔹 Maintain accurate records and document changes to account information using the CCTS database.
- 🔹 Stay updated on all company policies and procedures.
- 🔹 Follow departmental procedures, processes, and methodologies.
- 🔹 Escalate unresolved customer concerns to the Manager.
- 🔹 Assist with special projects assigned by the Manager and perform other duties as needed.
Requirements to Succeed
- 🎯 Customer service or call center experience.
- 🌍 Bilingual in French & English.
- 🤝 Strong customer service skills with a "customer first" attitude.
- 🗂️ Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- ⏱️ Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- 🤓 High ethics, integrity, and adherence to company policies.
- 💡 Initiative in problem-solving, team collaboration, and adaptability to change.
