Position Overview

We are currently recruiting for a full-time Bilingual Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our clients. If you are bilingual in English and French, and passionate about delivering quality customer service, this opportunity is for you!

💼 Job Details

• Pay Rate: $17.00/hr
• Shift: 1st Shift
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm CST
• Location: In person at 2410 Luna Rd Suite 180, Carrollton, TX
• Job Type: Full-time

🏆 Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls regarding inquiries, orders, billing, account support, and technical assistance
• Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently using internal tools and resources
• Provide professional, empathetic, and accurate customer service
• Assist with orders, returns, exchanges, shipment tracking, and account updates
• Document customer interactions and resolutions into company systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated or complex issues

📝 Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in French and English (verbal required)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic customer service and phone experience
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and data entry skills
• Reliable remote setup with minimum 100 Mbps internet speed
• Ability to work a set schedule with flexibility as needed
• Professional, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Pass a criminal background check
