• Establish customer relationships and follow up as needed
• Provide prompt, friendly, and accurate customer service, including inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
• Educate customers about insurance options using a needs-based review process
• Maintain a strong work ethic and a commitment to success each day
