Sherwin-Williams Is Hiring A Bilingual Customer Service Driver

Join Sherwin-Williams as a Customer Service & Delivery Associate, working closely with our wholesale and retail customers to meet their needs, answer product questions, and deliver exceptional service. 🚚✨

About the Role

This position involves engaging directly with customers, providing product recommendations, and delivering products safely and promptly from Sherwin-Williams stores. The successful candidate will work at Store #5143 located at:

1725 N Franklin St, Christiansburg VA 24073

Key Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers to determine needs and answer inquiries about Sherwin-Williams products.
  • Recommend suitable solutions based on customer needs.
  • Deliver products using company vans or pickup trucks in a safe and timely manner.
  • Assist with loading and unloading items.
  • Maintain accurate work order files and inventory.
  • Tint and mix products according to customer specifications.
  • Operate delivery vehicles and equipment such as forklifts, trucks, etc.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and traffic regulations during deliveries.
  • Prepare reports related to deliveries and customer transactions.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Legally authorized to work without sponsorship.
  • Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
  • Proficient in English and Spanish communication skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally, with or without accommodations.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Internal applicants: meet performance expectations and complete required training.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • At least one year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service roles.
  • Previous experience selling paint or related products.
