Job Description

• Deliver excellent customer service with a high level of professionalism
• Handle inbound calls daily, answering questions and routing calls appropriately
• Assist customers with account information, credit and billing issues, payment processing, and online orders
• Act as a liaison between customers and management to resolve merchandise quality concerns
• Negotiate and collect funds from customers as needed
• Utilize computerized systems to search and access customer records efficiently

Role Summary

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will be the frontline support team, providing outstanding service to our customers.
