Candidate Criteria

  • Fluent in Polish and English with professional speaking skills 🗣️
  • Able to commute to our agency located at 123 S Arlington Heights Rd, Arlington Heights, IL 60005 🚗

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls and greet customers with a friendly demeanor 📞🤝
  • Establish and follow up on customer relationships as needed
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service covering inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about available insurance options
  • Maintain a strong work ethic and total commitment to success every day 💼

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bilingual in Polish and English (mandatory) 🗣️
  • Property & Casualty license (must obtain)
  • Life and Health license (must obtain)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, listening)
  • People-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented
