Candidate Criteria
- Fluent in Polish and English with professional speaking skills 🗣️
- Able to commute to our agency located at 123 S Arlington Heights Rd, Arlington Heights, IL 60005 🚗
Key Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and greet customers with a friendly demeanor 📞🤝
- Establish and follow up on customer relationships as needed
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service covering inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about available insurance options
- Maintain a strong work ethic and total commitment to success every day 💼

- Hourly pay: $22 - $30, based on experience 💰

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bilingual in Polish and English (mandatory) 🗣️
- Property & Casualty license (must obtain)
- Life and Health license (must obtain)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, listening)
- People-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented
- Proactive problem-solving abilities
- Customer service dedication
- Computer proficiency
- Ability to work in a team and multitask effectively
- Provide timely, thorough activity reports to the agent
