Position Details

• Language Preference: Bilingual (English/Russian) strongly preferred
• Work Location: Remote
• Availability: Monday-Friday, 8AM-6PM EST
• Target Start Date: 6/8/26

Position Purpose 🎯

As a first-line advocate, you will focus on resolving member and provider inquiries, issues, or concerns using various communication channels to deliver timely, personalized support on routine matters.

Core Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to routine member and provider inquiries, requests, and concerns
• Prevent escalated complaints by providing effective first-contact resolution
• Serve as the front-line resolution advocate for various inquiries and requests
• Identify and communicate solutions, determining if issues require escalation to other departments
• Maintain performance and quality standards aligned with contact center metrics
• Deliver excellent customer service via phone, live chat, and email in a fast-paced environment
• Document all interactions and member/provider information for quality tracking using CRM systems
• Stay updated on policies, regulations, and standards to ensure compliance and consistency
• Perform additional duties as assigned
• Adhere to all company policies and standards

Education & Experience 📝

• High School diploma or GED required
• Entry-level role, requiring minimal or no prior experience
• Experience with multitasking across multiple systems and programs is a plus

Compensation & Benefits 💼

Pay Range: $16.35 - $23.46 per hour
