Position Details
- Language Preference: Bilingual (English/Russian) strongly preferred
- Work Location: Remote
- Availability: Monday-Friday, 8AM-6PM EST
- Target Start Date: 6/8/26
Position Purpose 🎯
As a first-line advocate, you will focus on resolving member and provider inquiries, issues, or concerns using various communication channels to deliver timely, personalized support on routine matters.
Core Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to routine member and provider inquiries, requests, and concerns
- Prevent escalated complaints by providing effective first-contact resolution
- Serve as the front-line resolution advocate for various inquiries and requests
- Identify and communicate solutions, determining if issues require escalation to other departments
- Maintain performance and quality standards aligned with contact center metrics
- Deliver excellent customer service via phone, live chat, and email in a fast-paced environment
- Document all interactions and member/provider information for quality tracking using CRM systems
- Stay updated on policies, regulations, and standards to ensure compliance and consistency
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Adhere to all company policies and standards
Education & Experience 📝
- High School diploma or GED required
- Entry-level role, requiring minimal or no prior experience
- Experience with multitasking across multiple systems and programs is a plus
Compensation & Benefits 💼
Pay Range: $16.35 - $23.46 per hour
