Join Our Team as a Bilingual Customer Operations Associate!

We are seeking a dedicated individual to deliver outstanding support to our customers, managing inquiries about ignition interlock devices (IID) with expertise and care.

Note: *No benefits or Paid Time Off (PTO) provided unless mandated by state law.*

🎯 Job Purpose

As a Bilingual Customer Operations Associate, your key role will involve providing seamless assistance to customers, resolving inquiries during a single call, and guiding them through regulatory requirements related to their IID. You will serve as a knowledgeable resource, ensuring our customers have a smooth and compliant experience with our products and services.

📝 What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage a high volume of customer interactions professionally and efficiently.
  • Assess, identify, and resolve customer needs promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Adhere to schedules and demonstrate punctuality consistently.
  • Handle multiple interactions effectively, combining typing and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Provide accurate and comprehensive information using appropriate tools and methods.
  • Process customer payments securely and accurately when required.
  • Represent our brand by upholding company standards and embodying our core values in every interaction.

🎯 What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Ability to pass training assessments and complete ongoing training.
  • Consistent performance in quality, efficiency, and attendance.
  • Stay calm and solution-focused under pressure.
  • Strong accountability and independent work skills.
  • Excellent judgment and critical thinking regarding regulations and company policies.
  • Availability to work a 25-30 hour workweek.
  • Start Date: 11/3/25

  • 6:00 AM - 11:00 AM: Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri, Sat
  • 6:00 AM - 11:00 AM: Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri, Sun
  • 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM: Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri, Sat
  • 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM: Mon, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat
  • 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM: Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri
  • 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM: Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri
  • 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM: Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri, Sun
  • 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM: Mon, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat
  • 4:30 PM - 9:30 PM: Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri, Sun
