We're searching for a friendly, knowledgeable face to guide our customers through onboarding, training, and early adoption, ensuring their long-term success with CompanyCam. Ideal candidates will reside in Lincoln, NE.
What You'll Do 🎯
- Train customers through one-on-one and group sessions via Zoom and phone calls to foster confidence using CompanyCam.
- Guide customers during all onboarding stages, from purchase to successful product adoption.
- Serve as the primary contact during the first 90 days of subscription, ensuring ongoing support and communication.
- Address and prioritize requests received via email, phone, chat, and video to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Transition customers from onboarding to Customer Success post-implementation.
- Collect and act on feedback to continually improve onboarding processes and influence product development.
- Collaborate across teams — including Sales, Product, and Support — to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Develop and refine onboarding resources and processes to create a consistent, scalable journey for customers.

What You'll Bring 💡
- Previous customer-facing experience (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for helping customers succeed
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple projects
- Ability to learn quickly and teach effectively across communication channels
- Bilingual (written and spoken) in Spanish and English
- A continuous growth mindset—embracing challenges and learning new skills
- A flair for creativity and innovation, bringing fresh ideas and solving complex problems
Benefits & Compensation 💰
This is a salaried/hourly position starting at $60,000 per year, based on experience. We also offer equity and other valuable benefits.
