This isn't your typical staffing role — it's a hybrid position combining virtual support and in-office engagement, where you'll help our clients and employees deliver exceptional service every day.

About the Opportunity

We are excited to offer a career opportunity for a bilingual (Spanish) Customer Engagement Representative to join the Luxury Method Division at our corporate office located in Morristown, NJ. This position is initially in-person, with potential for a hybrid schedule after training.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm or 9:00 am – 5:30 pm
  • Flexibility to work extended hours, including evenings (up to 8 PM) and weekends during peak seasons
  • Restrictions on time off from the week before Thanksgiving through the second week of January to ensure consistent client coverage

Role Responsibilities

  • Maintain strong communication with customers, talent, and colleagues via phone and email
  • Schedule, initiate, and attend client appointments virtually & conference calls for quality assurance and updates
  • Identify potential Employee Relations issues and offer resolution suggestions before escalation
  • Update and manage applicant database and documentation
  • Operate in a fast-paced environment with heavy phone usage

  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
  • High responsiveness and engagement levels
  • Patience and strong problem-solving skills
  • Team-oriented with a helpful attitude
  • Resourcefulness to prioritize and multitask effectively
  • Strong technology, social media, planning, and analytical skills
