Customer Experience Representative Role 💼

We are seeking enthusiastic Customer Experience representatives in North America who excel in technical support and translating client needs into effective platform solutions. As a vital team member, your responsibilities include:

  • Managing and resolving client tickets via email and phone promptly and professionally
  • Answering incoming client calls with professionalism and appropriate tone
  • Addressing client questions and issues efficiently and effectively
  • Handling challenging customers and escalating complex issues when necessary
  • Providing exceptional customer experiences that go above expectations
  • Building strong relationships with clients and collaborating with the tech team to identify bugs
  • Gaining expertise in email best practices, platform tools, DNS records, and the Brevo API

Keys to Your Success 🔑

  • Fluent communication in Portuguese and English; additional languages are a plus
  • Customer-centric mindset with the ability to build trust and confidence
  • Minimum 1+ year in customer service roles
  • Adaptability to a friendly yet professional office culture emphasizing teamwork
  • Bonus: 1+ year experience in technical marketing support, automation, email marketing, CRM, or digital advertising
