Position Overview
The Customer Experience Manager owns the business relationship with Tier 2 and 3 customers within the region. This role involves building strong working relationships with senior operational management, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction related to company operations and adherence to standard operating procedures. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Customer Experience, this position contributes to cross-functional project delivery, develops cost efficiencies, and aligns key stakeholders to resolve operational issues and eliminate roadblocks.
The manager collaborates with the Customer Experience team to identify root causes of operational challenges and secures the necessary resources to address chronic issues effectively.
Job Description
- Location: Edison, NJ — Travel required ✈️
- Languages: Fluent in Spanish and English required
- Monitor and manage contract renewals and pipelines for Tier 2 and 3 customers.
- Facilitate communication among all stakeholders; effectively resolve service issues and assess customer requests.
- Prepare and deliver customer presentations to review project scope and progress.
- Support operational KPI improvements across assigned accounts.
- Recommend and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Monitor contractual volume thresholds; conduct performance reviews to ensure compliance.
- Influence customer decisions on key improvement projects.
- Coordinate with the Customer Support Service (CSS) team on new business start-ups post handover from Business Development.
- Plan operational activities around major customer events such as holidays, grand openings, and sales.
- Communicate and implement changes in company policies and procedures.
- Manage business continuity events.

Salary Range
$83,740 - $110,880
