Customer Service Representative - Bilingual (Spanish) – Remote
Our client, a National Energy Company, is seeking motivated Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) Customer Service Representatives to join their team remotely. Ideal candidates will have experience in call center environments and are located within MST and CST zones.
Position Details
- Location: Fully remote (MST and CST areas)
- Type: Contract-to-Hire
Job Responsibilities
- Answer and log all customer calls, managing multiple programs and lines with transfer capabilities.
- Promote energy efficiency programs to qualifying customers.
- Address inquiries about products, services, and billing, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Develop positive relationships through excellent service.
- Handle complaints and provide solutions, making recommendations as needed.
- Make outbound calls for scheduling, surveys, and program promotion.
- Follow up on unresolved customer issues.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
Compensation & Benefits
The hourly pay range is $19.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility for benefits depends on employment status and may include:
