Your Responsibilities

  • 🔍 Handle customer inquiries with innovative solutions and care
  • 🎧 Provide excellent customer service through active listening
  • 🔒 Manage and protect confidential customer information
  • ✅ Strive to resolve issues on the first call proactively
  • 💬 Communicate appropriately and clearly with customers
  • 🧘 Calmly de-escalate and resolve conflicts when necessary
  • 📈 Track call-related data for audit and reporting purposes
  • 💡 Offer feedback to improve processes
  • 🤝 Upsell products or services if required

Qualifications

  • 🗣️ Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
  • 🎓 High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 🕗 Minimum 6 months of customer service experience
  • 🔞 Must be 18 years or older
  • ⌨️ Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
  • 🖥️ Comfortable with Windows-based systems and desktop computers
  • 💼 Customer service and/or sales experience preferred
  • 🎓 College degree preferred but not required
