Our expertise spans a variety of products, including Accident Indemnity, Cancer, Critical Illness, Disability, Medicare Supplement, Life Insurance, and more. Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented, customer-centric bilingual professional to support members, employer groups, providers, and producers across multiple communication channels. Your contributions will help ensure a seamless, positive experience for our clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide bilingual (English/Spanish) support via email, phone, chat, and other channels, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries.
  • Deliver technical support for client and producer portals, assisting with login issues, navigation, password resets, and troubleshooting platform functionalities.
  • Support and triage questions related to commissions, enrollment, eligibility, billing, claims, and plan details from clients, providers, and producers.
  • Translate and review client-facing documents, communications, and digital content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and cultural relevance.
  • Maintain accurate records by documenting all interactions, follow-ups, and resolutions in administrative systems.
  • Identify trends in inquiries or technical issues and escalate insights to support continuous improvement efforts.
  • Provide proactive client and producer support through guidance, clear communication, and follow-through.
  • Assist in client experience initiatives and operational improvements alongside the Director of Client Strategy & Experience.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and confidentiality policies, including SOC controls and HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Fluent bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the insurance industry or a similar TPA role.
  • 2-year college degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent communication skills in both languages.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work independently with critical thinking skills to make informed decisions.
  • Strong ethical standards and a commitment to professional integrity.
  • Effective collaboration with colleagues to foster a positive work environment.
  • Client-focused mindset with a capacity to build and maintain external relationships.
  • Experience with CRM, ticketing platforms, or benefits administration tools is a plus.
  • Previous translation experience or familiarity with translation best practices is advantageous.
